01.11.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.19 seeking extension of a week's time to furnish sureties for compliance of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8062 of 2022 by order dated 14.09.2022 while granting anticipatory bail to him, in connection with Crime No.22 of 2022 of Jagtial Rural Police Station, Jagtial District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.19, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time to file sureties and the petitioner/accused No.19 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Jagtial Rural Police Station, Jagtial District on or before 07.11.2022 and furnish sureties in accordance with the order dated 14.09.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.8062 of 2022, failing which the order shall stand cancelled. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2022 in Crl.P.No.8062 of 2022 remain unaltered.

With this modification, the application is ordered.
