THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3413 of 2017 ORDER:

This is the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner/A1. On earlier occasion, bail application of petitioner/A1 was dismissed on 20.4.2017 by observing that there was a prima facie case against him and investigation was pending.

As can be seen, no remarkable changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court and, as the investigation is reported to be pending at crucial stage to consider the bail application, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
