HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1741 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 16.04.2018, in W.P.No.11391 of 2018.

Heard Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services representing the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader, basing on the counter affidavit and basing on the proceedings vide Memo No.3420/V & F/A3/2017, dated 15.06.2018, states that the order of the suspension passed against the petitioner was reviewed and the suspension period was extended for a further period of six (06) more months w.e.f. 16.04.2018 to 15.10.2018 or till the disciplinary proceedings are completed, whichever is earlier and that the said proceedings was also challenged by the petitioner. 4.

The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

ARR, J C.C.No.1741 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
