This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, against the order and decree dated 07.01.2015 passed in M.V.O.P.No.124 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal cum XIII Additional District Judge, at Gajuwaka.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
