D.Painam Venkamma, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.357 of 2017
ORDER
Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the civil dispute and calling the petitioners to the police station, the present writ petition is filed.
Based on the written instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and respondents 3 to 5; the 2nd respondent never interfered; and the petitioners are un-necessarily involving the police in the civil litigation.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that by taking assistance from the 2nd respondent, the 3rd respondent demolished the property of the petitioners and hence, liberty may be given to the petitioners to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
