THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11928 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri A.P. Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 18.04.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, has no objection to the withdrawal.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
