THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD L.A.A.S.No.1184 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the controversy involved in the present case is already covered by a Judgment of this court rendered in case of The Land Acquisition Officer, Special Deputy Collector, Warangal Vs.

Tula Basavamma and Another in LAAS.No.881 of 2005, dated 02.02.2011. Moreover, the respondent No.1 in the present appeal is also a party in the aforementioned Judgment. Therefore, this case should also be decided in the same lines. In view of the above, this LAAS is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the Judgment of this court rendered in case of The Land Acquisition Officer, Special Deputy Collector, Warangal Vs. Tula Basavamma and Another in LAAS.No.881 of 2005, dated 02.02.2011. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
