Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the event of there being any action contrary to his interest in future. It is also submitted that Government is also considering his request.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
