Sri G. Narsinga Rao, Hyd And 18 Ots v. The Chairman, Bangalore And 3 Ots
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.14360 of 2010 ORDER :
The grievance of the petitioners is that they are working with the respondents on casual basis, but the respondents are not considering their cases for regularization. It has been contended by the petitioners that the persons who were appointed along with them, were all regularized, but when it came to them, respondents are deliberately not regularizing their services. Aggrieved of the same, the present writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to regularize the services of petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents has contended that the respondent-Unit had been closed in January, 2017, and as on today, it is not functioning, therefore, at this point of time, the respondents cannot consider the cases of petitioners for regularization of their services.
There are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.
AKS, J W.P.No.14360 of 2010 representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within four weeks thereafter. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 19th November, 2018 ajr
