HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27472 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in repeatedly and frequently interfering into civil dispute and threatening the petitioner not to enter into the land to an extent of Ac.1-00 gts in Sy.No.771/19 situated at Thirumalagir Village, Thirumalagiri Sagar Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard Sri Pulla Rao Yellanki, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dt.12.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that one Varikoppula Yellamma-respondent No.5 gave a complaint to the Station House Officer, Tirumalagiri on 23.10.2019 wherein it is stated that the said respondent is having Ac.1-00 of land in Sy.No.771/19 at Tirumalagiri which has got transferred by one Kamili on her name and trying to grab the said land. Learned Government Pleader also submits that on receipt of the said compliant, GD entry was made and after enquiry, the petition was closed as Civil in Nature. He further submits that except causing enquiry on the petition filed by the 5th respondent, the respondent police never interfered into civil disputes nor threatened the petitioner at any point of time.

Having regard to the above said submission made on behalf of the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
