This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the notification in R.C.No.C/16/2015, dated 02.05.2016 issued by the second respondent inviting applications for appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealers for Shop Nos.14, 26, 33 & 34 of Galiveedu Mandal, Y.S.R.District, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.
At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. Mr.A.Manoj, advocate representing Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
