This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring action of the respondent No.2 to 3 in not initiating any steps to remove illegal constructions over petitioner's open plot to an extent of 184 Sq. yards of Open Plot in Sy.No.662 (New Sy.No.662/8) of Janagama Shivar, Ramagundam Mandal, Peddapally District and also in not considering the petitioner's representation dt.28-10-2019 for removing the illegal constructions over petitioner's plot to an extent of 184 Sq. yards of Open Plot in Sy.No.662 (New Sy.No.662/8) of Janagama Shivar, Ramagundam Mandal, Peddapally District is illegal, arbitrary, against Article 300-A of Constitution and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Panuganti, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent and Smt. M.Bhagya Sri, learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 2 & 3. Perused the material available on record.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that despite submission of his representation, dated 28.10.2019, to the 2nd respondent aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent

TA,J W.P.No.27537 of 2019 in raising unauthorized constructions in the plot belonging to the petitioner admeasuring to an extent of 184 square yards, in Survey No.662 (New Survey No.662/8) of Ramagundam Municipal Corporation of Peddapalli District, the official respondents have not taken any steps for removal of the same. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation, dated 28.10.2019, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. The entire excercise shall be completed within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
