The present writ petition is filed to declare inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in not investigating and not filing the charge sheet in FIR.No.44 of 2019 on the file of Miryalguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda by the third respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions, dated 07.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that after registering a case enquiry was done and during the course of investigation a notice under Section 41 (a) (1) Cr.P.C was served to the accused on 07.06.2019, a letter was addressed to the Tahsildar, Miryalaguda Mandal on 23.03.2019 with a request to verify and furnish the genuineness of the certificates issued by the Tahsildar Office and the reply from the Tahsildar is awaited. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home further submits that investigation in the case is completed and charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Miryalaguda on 03.02.2020 (inward No.69/2020) and C.C number is awaited.

Having regard to the fact that the respondent authorities having completed the investigation have already filed a charge sheet in the above F.I.R, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
