When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for appeals submitted that he had verified with the concerned department for the subject case record, but the same was not traced. 2.

As the record is also not available before this Court, no purpose would be served to proceed with the appeal. Hence, appeal is closed with liberty to the appellant to restore the case if they trace out any record in future.
