The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedy to file C.R.P. under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
