O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though the petitioner made its representation dated 20.06.2016 requesting the 4th respondent to recognize the duly elected body of the Telangana Government Doctors Association and safeguard the interests of its Members, so far the representation has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking appropriate directions.

The learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents Nos.1 to 4 has submitted that they will consider the representation within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. In view of the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction:

"The 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 20.06.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the

petitioner is aggrieved with the action or inaction of the respondents, it may approach appropriate forum." With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
