Sri K.Ramachandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to assail the letter, bearing No.103/2018, dated 19.02.2018, of the Sub-Registrar, SRO, Rajendranagar before the appropriate forum of law, under the Registration Act, 1908.

With the permission, as sought for, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
