HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27451 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not registering the crime on the complaint dated 12.11.2019 made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Mohd.Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dt.12.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on the file, submits that on the complaint made by the petitioner through registered post to the 3rd respondent, a GD entry was made and enquiry was done. After enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.212/2019 under Sections 420 and 506 IPC, dt.10.12.2019.

Having regard to the above said submission, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
