HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SECOND APPEAL No.747 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Court granted three weeks time to take necessary steps for impleading the legal representatives of deceased appellants. It is further ordered that appeal shall stand dismissed as abated without reference to the Court in case of failure to take steps.

2. In spite of such direction, no steps are taken and in view of the order dated 23.09.2015 appeal has to be dismissed as abated.

3. Accordingly, second appeal is dismissed as abated.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
