HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.14949 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in preventing the petitioner from doing business in the leased shop No.6 at OTK Road, Municipal Complex, Chittoor, by forcibly locking the premises without any notice or opportunity as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently the petitioner filed WP.No.4641 of 2017 and that there is an interim direction to consider the case of the petitioner in the said writ petition and, in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
