HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2429 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.03.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.9749 of 2015 in W.P.No.7339 of 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare Department, has placed on record the order dated 30.01.2016 passed by the Joint Collector, East Godavari District, Kakinada and a copy of the same has been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order dated 30.03.2015 passed by this Court has been complied with, however, if they have any grievance they may be given liberty to challenge the same. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed granting the liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall also stand closed.
