THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2029 of 2015 ORDER :

It is now represented by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel that by order dated 28.11.2015 in consequent to the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2013 and the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19260 of 2013 communication was given to the petitioner regarding the issue of settlement of amounts.

2. Having regard to the same, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the orders of this Court and committed contempt.

3. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies if he is aggrieved by the said correspondence. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
