THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1619 of 2009 ORDER:

It may be noted that term of the Board of Trustees would be only two years. Further, in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the relief, which was sought in the writ petition, virtually stands granted. In view of the same, as on date, the relief sought by the petitioner has already been worked out. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition, which is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
