In view of the subsequent events, namely extension of interim orders granted earlier in Crl.P.M.P.No.8939 of 2015 in Crl.P.No.6468 of 2014, which was filed seeking stay of all further proceedings in Crime No.55 of 2013 of Sarpavaram Police Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District, including arrest of the petitioner therein, pending disposal of the main criminal petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
