THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.27448 OF 2019 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise representing the respondents.
It is stated by both the counsel that the issue raised in the writ petition is covered by Order dated 27.06.2018 in W.P.No.26098 of 2018.
Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the second respondent to release the lorry bearing No.AP26TT 6121 to the petitioner for interim custody, subject to the final orders to be passed in the criminal proceedings and on petitioner furnishing a Fixed Deposit Receipt for Rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh only) from any nationalized bank in favour of the second respondent and also on production of original R.C. Book and on petitioner further giving undertaking that she will not transfer or alienate the vehicle to third party in any manner and will maintain the vehicle in the same good roadworthy condition without changing its major parts and features and would produce the same as and when directed before any Court or competent authority.
