HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 574 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant would be satisfied if direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the enquiry/proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act'), within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the second respondent shall complete the enquiry within four weeks from today. Her submission is recorded and accepted. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry/proceedings under Section 6-A of the Act within a period of four weeks from today. Rest of the order passed by learned Single Judge shall remain unaltered.

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
