THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Appeal No.70 of 2015 Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Sri M. Adinarayana Raju, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant, after arguing for some time, upon instructions, submits that he does not want to press the appeal. Learned Senior counsel informs us orally that his client has already decided to submit to the jurisdiction of the learned Arbitrator. If it is so, then, obviously, the appellant will take steps in accordance with law, as may be advised.

The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as not being pressed.
