HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION NOS.174 AND 175 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:
Both these Company Petitions have been filed, invoking the provisions of Sections 433 and 439 of the Companies Act, 1956, seeking winding up of the respondent companies. It is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent companies that the insolvency resolution proposals have been initiated before the National Company Law Tribunal, and the resolution professional also has been appointed. In those circumstances, both the learned counsel pray for closing of these Company Petitions, leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies before the National Company Law Tribunal.
Recording the said submission, both these Company Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
