THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24049 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the auction conducted by the respondent-authorities, the petitioner's son participated and emerged as the highest and successful bidder. It is requested by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in view of the same, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments with a request to declare the petitioner as a landless poor person.

The same is not opposed by the learned Standing Counsel. Giving liberty to the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application, as mentioned supra, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
