When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned counsel for the respondents that in an identical set of circumstances this Court in W.P.No.17439 of 2011 passed order dated 23.06.2011 and the copy of the same is also placed on record along with he writ petition. In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition also in the same lines. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners, for releasing the Maintenance Grant, in accordance with the relevant provisions of law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
