THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE NO.1466 OF 2014 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 14.08.2014 in W.P.No.23401 of 2014 passed by this Court. When the matter was listed on 05.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the same was directed to be listed 'for dismissal' on 23.06.2015. Even when the matter was listed on 23.06.2015, there was no appearance and the same was listed today under the same caption. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that the main Writ Petition itself was disposed of, on 15.12.2014. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders and the petitioner is also not interested in prosecuting the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand dismissed.
