I.A.No.1 of 2025 This petition is filed by the petitioner/A.5 seeking relaxation of surety amount as ordered by this Court in Crl.P.No.11034 of 2025 on 23.09.2025. Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting regular bail imposed a condition that petitioner/A.5 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each, with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge at Nampally, Hyderabad District.

He further submitted that petitioner is a labourer and she is not in a position to execute the said bond and the sureties. As such, prayed to relax the said condition.

Having regard to the above submissions condition (i) of paragraph 6 of the order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.11034 of 2025 is hereby relaxed. The petitioner/A.5 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge at Nampally, Hyderabad District and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
