THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.27497 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner apprehends that based on the inspection report, dated 13.09.2019, signed on 19.09.2019, submitted by the Inspector Auditor Wakfs, Circle Nos.3, 4 and 6, Hyderabad, the term of the Managing Committee of the Wakf Board, which expired on 16.12.2018, is likely to be extended, though there is no such procedure under the Wakf Act. The petitioner now therefore, seeks consideration of the objections filed by it on 07.12.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf Board appearing for respondent No.2. Having regard to the limited prayer which the petitioner seeks, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take into consideration the objections raised by the petitioner on 07.12.2019 before passing any orders with respect to the extension of the Managing Committee, which admittedly expired on 16.12.2018.
