From the note of the Registry, which was confirmed by the learned counsel for both sides, the main suit itself is disposed of on 29.01.2014 and the revision is liable to be dismissed.

2) In the result, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. Further remedy, if any, is left open while agitating against the decree of the trial Court, if at all. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
