Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2018 for according permission for conducting of Rythu Dharna at Peruru Village, Ramagiri mandal, Anantapur District, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
