This Writ Petition has been filed questioning non-filing of charge sheet in Crime No. 271 of 2016 dated 11.09.2016 on the file of Godavarikhani I Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) has placed on record a copy of the charge sheet dated 23.06.2017 filed in the Court of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class at Godavarikhani in Crime No. 271 of 2016.

In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
