Mr.Siripuram Keshav, learned counsel representing R.Shailaja, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.12 - 15. I.A.No.1 of 2024 The petitioners/appellants seek to recall the Judgment passed by this Court on 03.09.2024 in AS.No.414 of 2023 whereby the Appeal Suit was dismissed for default.

Considering the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the Affidavit, we deem it fit to recall the Judgment dated 03.09.2024 passed in A.S.No.414 of 2023 and restore the Appeal Suit to its file and number subject to the petitioner paying costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to Class IV Employees Service Association, High Court for the State of Telangana. The costs shall be paid within seven days from date.

I.A.No.1 of 2024 is accordingly allowed.
