This is an application for transfer of M.C.No.256 of 2013 from the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The said Maintenance Case was filed by the first respondent/wife seeking maintenance from the petitioner herein. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner in the light of the pleadings on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing at Secunderabad and the children of the petitioner and the respondent are also studying at Hyderabad. Hence, he prays this Court to transfer M.C.No.256 of 2013 from the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is required that M.C.No.256 of 2013 from the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to be transferred to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

In the result, the Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed transferring M.C.No.256 of 2013 from the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
