No. 1571 of 2016 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C praying that the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner/Accused No. 4 by granting anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with P.R.C. No. 1 of 2016 on the file of Hon'ble VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.

The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, order of the High court dated 4-3-2016 made in Crl.P.MP. No. 3083 of 2016, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ch.Madhava Raman, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

The condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 04-03-2016 in Crl.P.M.P. No. 3083 of 2016 in Crl.P. No. 1571 of 2016, that the petitioner shall report before the SHO concerned once in fifteen days between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., is hereby relaxed.

The miscellaneous petition is accordingly ordered."
