to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.13.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8012 of 2022. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 13.09.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.8012 of 2022; and that in the said order in the unnumbered first paragraph at fourth line the year of the crime number is wrongly mentioned as Crime No.517 of 2022 instead of Crime No.517 of 2021.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the year of the crime number at 4th line of the unnumbered first paragraph of the order as Crime No.517 of 2021, instead of Crime No.517 of 2022 and issue corrected copy of the order.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.13.09.2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
