Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, One in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in trying to discharge the petitioners agencies from duties of implementing Mid Day Meal Programme within jurisdiction of respondents without issuing any prior notice without issuing any orders whatsoever is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as Mid-dayMeal Programmes. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Karibasaiah, Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned G.P.

Learned Govt. Pleader for Education takes notice and seeks time to get instructions.
