Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5.

The impugned order dt.01-10-2019 passed by the 5th respondent is only in reference to the report of the Tahsildar and the same does not indicate with regard to the compliance with the requirement of principles of natural justice.

In view of the same, on this sole ground, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order dt.01-10-2019 is set aside. However, the respondents are at liberty to issue notice to the petitioner and then pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law. No costs.
