CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 22431/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce one Thabelu Dhananjaya, S/o. Mohan ('the alleged detenu') before this Court and set him free. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the alleged detenu was produced before the Court and remanded to judicial custody.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
