Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri V. Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3-Corporation.
It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent in gross violation of the sanctioned plan has raised construction and also encroached the colony road and when the petitioner has made a complaint before the official respondents, no action has been initiated upon his complaints dt.30-11-2019, 26-08-2019 and 29-09-2019 and thus, the present Writ Petition.
Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that the 4th respondent has made construction and it came to the notice of the respondents-Corporation that there are certain deviations and they will comply with the requirements contemplated under law to regulate irregularities pointed out by the petitioner.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to summon the petitioner and 4th respondent and after hearing both sides, appropriate orders be passed thereon. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
