HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 17569 of 2003 O R D E R:- 1.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the remuneration for the period, during which the petitioner worked as Additional Government Pleader. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted several representations to the respondents to pay the professional fee amounting to Rs.3,60,000/-. But there was no response. 3.

This Court having considered the grievance of the petitioner, is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the respondents within two weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the respondents, in addition to the representations already submitted, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
