ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Petitioner management is running high school in Kurnool district. It appears there are two aided posts available in the school and they are not being filled even though vacancies arose long ago. Requesting to grant permission to fill up the existing aided vacancies, representation was made to the Principal Secretary to the Government-first respondent on 2.7.2017 by marking copies to the Regional Joint Director of School Education-3rd respondent and the District Educational Officer-4th respondent. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Regional Joint Director- 3rd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner for filling up the existing aided posts, if necessary, he may call report from the District Educational Officer4th respondent before processing the representation of the petitioner dated 2.7.2017 and on consideration of report, if any, pass appropriate orders as warranted by law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
