THE HON'BLE Dr . JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.2 9 5 8 OF 2 0 1 9 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioner/ wife aggrieved by the order, dated 26.09.2019, passed in I.A.No.891 of 2019 in O.P.No.1675 of 2016 by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana District, wherein the Court below has dismissed the subject Interlocutory Application, which was filed seeking to recall PW.1 for further cross-examination.

2 .

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ wife and perused the record.

3 .

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ wife would submit that the respondent/ husband (PW.1) is required to be further cross-examined with regard to the salary being received by him. Though there is an admission with regard to the salary of the respondent/ PW.1, the Court below did not allow the revision petitioner/ wife to further cross-examine PW.1.

Therefore, the impugned order is liable to be set aside. 4 .

It is evident from the record that the respondent/ PW.1 was effectively cross-examined on two occasions. The submission made before the Court below is that the Advocate was changed and that necessitated to further cross-examine PW.1. In this Civil Revision Petition, new grounds are urged, which are

Dr.SA,J C.R.P.No.2958 of 2019 unsustainable. There are no circumstances to vary the impugned order. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

5 .

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
