HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.27493 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The petitioner has already approached the Civil Court by way of suit in O.S.No.267 of 2018 and obtained order of status quo against the respondents in I.A.No.773 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajendranagar and according to the petitioner, the order of status quo has been extended on 19-11-2019 up to 12-12-2019. Since the matter has already been subjudis by the trial Court, the action of the petitioner is not just in approaching this Court and seeking relief under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed since parallel proceedings cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to ventilate all his grievances on any cause of action before the trial Court. No costs.
