THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8053 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by petitioner/A8, seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Cr.No.184 of 2019 on the file of Adilabad I Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 143, 302 read with Section 149 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A8, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

During hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the earlier applications filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail were dismissed by the Court below and also this Court vide order dated 11.11.2019 in Cr.P.No.7014 of 2019, on merits.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and since there is no new ground urged by the petitioner in the present application, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him and his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 6.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
