This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad to complete the trial in S.C.No.12 of 2014 within a period of three months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad is hereby directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.12 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
